This is the perfect massage for somebody that has never had a massage before or if you have some pain but do not like the deep pressure.  Light to medium massage is perfect to warm up the muscles enough to let the blood flow and circulate the way it's meant to .  This massage definitely relieves muscle tension, increasing blood flow to critical areas.

 Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is a technique that uses deeper slower strokes, targeting chronic muscle tension in the body's deeper layers. It's often used to treat issues like strains , sports injuries, and can help break up scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and promote faster healing.  (Always be sure to let your therapist know about pressure and if it's too much or not enough pressure)

​Hot Stones Massage

Smooth Basalt stones heated and placed on the muscles to help loosen up tightness.  Helps blood circulation, joint flexibility, pain relief and it is very relaxing.  
 Prenatal Massage
60 Minutes - $75
90 Minutes - $105
Prenatal massage helps mom to be relax,  and reduce all over the body pain and soreness.  Moms will be side lying with pillows for comfort to relax, increase blood flow, reduce swelling, strengthens immune system, reduces anxiety and many more benefits.

Mini Services

​Ayurvedic Head & Toe 
30 Minutes - $50
This service includes a hot oil scalp massage dripping on the forehead onto scalp with organic herbal oils and essential oils of your liking. This service also includes, face gua sha, mini face massage, hot towels. We will then move on to the feet, pampering you with reflexology, foot mask, bees wax balm, hot stone and more warm towels. 
​Reflexology
30 Minutes - $50
Our skilled therapists use pressure techniques on specific points of the feet to improve circulation and promote relaxation. This service also includes a foot scrub and hot towels.
​Headache Be Gone
30 Minutes - $50
This service is for tension headaches, stiff neck , sinus pressure relief.  This will include light stretching, scalp massage, cold stones, cold and hot therapy, and aromatherapy .  
​Stretch and Mobility
45 Minutes - $65
This service includes passive mobility guiding as well as stretching techniques that loosen tight muscles and fascia. You will also learn some stretching techniques that you can do safely at your leisure until the next visit. This is a great service for anyone feeling stiff.
